The problem

Havaianas encountered difficulties integrating their sales channels, resulting in inventory inaccuracies, duplicate orders, delayed updates, and unhappy customers.

The result

We successfully transformed conversations into conversions, enhancing consumer convenience and simplicity through the implementation of the bot and refining the omnichannel experience.

An omnichannel financial service with an App, partners portal, smartPOS, and API Hub, all sharing a consistent design.
